Key Responsibilities 

  • Onboarding Mastery: Directly assist food creators through the onboarding process, ensuring adherence to CookOut’s protocols. Flag discrepancies and guide creators towards quick rectifications.

  • Oversight & Monitoring: Use dedicated tools to regularly track and report onboarding stages, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.

  • Analytical Insight: Dive deep into platform metrics, draw meaningful interpretations, and conduct personalized sessions with food creators to optimize their performance.

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience: A background in account management with an emphasis on onboarding or compliance in a tech or culinary setting.

  • Data Savvy: Proficiency in analyzing platform-based metrics, with a talent for converting raw data into actionable strategies.

  • Relationship Building: A natural ability to forge and nurture relationships with diverse food creators.

  • Quick Thinker: The aptitude to spot and troubleshoot potential issues in the onboarding process rapidly.

  • Familiarity with the Culinary Landscape: Understanding the nuances and challenges faced by independent chefs or small food business owners.
