The only thing we care more than food is health safety

Every chef on our platform is Food Safety Certified

Each chef is required to pass an accredited food safety certification examination, undergo a food quality assessment, and be subject to a food quality check. Otherwise, chefs must use commercial kitchens or other permitted facilities.

All chefs are required to complete a Profession Health and Safety Program offered by CookOut. Every chef is well educated and follows a set of standard protocols to ensure customers’ health and safety.

CookOut Health and Safety team conducts regular kitchen inspections on chefs to maintain a high quality health standard, and will also provide workshops and coaching on a weekly basis.
